Skanveir magnetic lifter

The Skanveir magnetic lifting beam provides a multiple lifting capacity compared to current lifting methods. Various loads such as single or stacked sheets, bars, pipes, thin or thick sheets can be handled flexibly and precisely. The individually designed and strictly tested Skanveir magnetic lifting beams are reliable in use, resisting extremely hard wear year after year. The quick grip and release operations without any sheet damage and the minimum need of operators ensure the most effective productivity.

The beams will be dimensioned to suit each individual application

The modular construction enables the Skanveir magnetic lifting beams to meet the particular requirements of each application. The special Skanveir control system is capable of handling the magnets either separately, in groups or the entire range simultaneously. The lifting force is fully adjustable. The magnets are optimized by the computer to separate the sheets from only 3 mm upwards.

Outstanding range of options

The Skanveir magnetic lifting beams can be attached to various lifting hooks for special tasks. In addition, the radio control and capability of turning the magnets 90 degrees or the beam 360 degrees are available as options as well. The handy telescopic beam enables easy working with minimal space requirements for example between the stacked sheets.
