ELEMENT TRANSFER SYSTEMS

The element transfer system by Skanveir transfers accurately and safely both the robust elements and the light sheet metals as well.

Skanveir's turning device with suction cups turns the glued sheet metal onto the element casing.

Skanveir element transfer system is capable of handling:

• Polyurethane-filled elements
• Wool-filled elements
• Sandwich elements
• Concrete and lightweight concrete elements

The Skanveir portal robots allow you to cut labour costs and to eliminate the heavy manual work (lifting and transferring become automated).

You can use our transfer systems in:

• Inspecting and sorting of elements
• Shifting between various stages of operation
• Packing
• Assembling of elements

The Skanveir portal robots can also be fitted with mechanical grippers.
