Skanveir Oy, set up in 1979, specialices in lifting and transfer techniques. The company is located in Hollola, close to the city of Lahti in Finland. Skanveir is widely known as a pioneer of vacuum and magnetic lifting techniques in Scandinavia.

Our customers range from small companies to large international corporations. Our customers in metal industry are handling steel plates, beams or tubes, operate press brakes, perform laser cutting, water jet cutting, plasma cutting and flame cutting, weld large panels or lift heavy billets or plates.

Our construction materials industry customers manufacture PU-elements, roof and wall elements, stone wool, doors, LVL-beams, log houses, MDF and HDF boards or timber products.

Further, we have customers in companies manufacturing trailers and road tankers, stone products and plastic products, just to mention few.
